Normally you see on the Social Wall only Postings from Channels which you are following.
If you see a posting with "Sponsored Channel" it means that this is a kind of advertisement.
However as prime subscriber you can surely deactivate this. Just go into Settings / System and deactivate there "Show advertisement".
