You have already wondered why we have deleted a photo of you? The reason is quite simple. Apple & Google and German law forces us to approve photos by their guidelines.
Of course the nearox team would love to release all photos, but also we are bounded to the store operators. So every picture is getting checked by our team.

Please upload photos of yourself! No illustrations, comics or landscape photos please. Users want to get in touch with you and would therefore like to see you. nearox reserves the right to remove or crop any photo and/or text it perceives to be outside of the following guidelines, at it’s discretion.
- No images displaying exposed genitals (even if it's just a small part)
- No images displaying visible erections or tenting
- No images displaying exposed buttocks (this includes rear shots of thongs, chaps, and jockstraps).
- No images displaying exposed pubic hair.
- No images displaying genitals obscured with hands, towels, hats, or by other means.
No images of anyone under 18 years of age.
No copyrighted pictures or illustrations.
No images that display semen (or any fluid made to look like semen or ejaculation) on anything in photo.
No images of sexual acts, either real, illustrated, simulated, or partially obscured.
No crotch area only photos, neither back nor front.
No images of illegal drug use and paraphernalia.
No photos of violent acts to yourself, someone else, or animals; including blood in photo.
No image used to advertise services, goods, events, websites, or apps.
No phone numbers in your photo.
No images with text only
No photos which were taken by a screenshot.
No impersonation. Members found using someone else's picture as their own will be permanently removed from nearox.
Any violence leads into a blocking of your account.
Profilename and Profiletext
No phone numbers in your profile name are allowed.
No text that incites racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind.
No advertising of services, goods, events, websites, or apps.
No advertising massage or escort services.
No mention of illegal drugs or text referring to "party".
No profanity or curse words in your profile name, including abbreviations, masking and fill-ins.
No text meant to threaten, intimidate, harass, defame, or insult another person.
No profanities in your profile name.
External Links
Your email address and links to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or LinkedIn/Xing profiles are allowed. Links to personal websites or small businesses are generally allowed provided they adhere to the guidelines above. The content of external links must adhere to the guidelines above, or they will be removed. Links to and language about messaging services other than those listed above are prohibited and will be removed. nearox reserves the right to remove links at its discretion.
